THEME FOR CHRISTMAS PARTY 2007: "THAT CHRISTMAS HAT!"
Venue: Shaun's House.
Time: 10:30pm. *do come early if u are not working.
This year party:
-This year will be a more fun and awesome party, apart from the many new faces that will join us this year, we will be having many more new happenings in this year party.
1. a THEME.
2. POTLUCK party and xmas FEAST.
3. Lucky Draw. (4prizes to be won. *shld be voucher).
Anyway the *suprise gift exchange will also be the highlight of the day.
FEE: $4/person ( for stuffs like, snacks,xmas feast, drinks and lucky draw.) to be pay to shaun and own potluck expenses.
We will also be using our group fund: $20.
Therefore total money collected = $60+$20 = $80.
Apart from potluck, 6 lucky ones (based on first come first serve!) will not have to bring down a dish for potluck but contribute $7 to the xmas feast ordered at gaint.
*note: u either contribute into the feast or bring a dish over.
We'll be ordering this set:
$73.90 - $30(from the fund) = $43.90
$43.90÷6 = $7
only 6 person will be able to contribute to the feast and DO NOT NEED TO BRING ANY DISH FOR THE POTLUCK.

if u want to contribute rather than bringing a dish down, simply SMS "i wan to contribute to the potluck" to shaun asap and only the first 6persons will be chosen.
THE REST, pls confirm ur dish, u can either cook it or buy it, for example: (chicken wings, sushis, curry chicken, fried bee hoon/rice, satay and....)
Please confirm ur dish asap and SMS "i will be bringing ____________ down for christmas" to shaun asap.
Anyway u can find a person to share with you for the potluck unless the stuffs u buying is costly.
We'll also be going to make (if we got time):
-chocolates
-jellies.
ANYWAY, u can deposit ur christmas presents afew days before christmas. AND we'll be buying some cool stuffs like *glass bottle coke for xmas. (:

Hey Cliques, 20 DAYS to CHRISTMAS!! Have you like found a gift for the person that u had picked? Yeah If possible, u can deposit the gift at my house 1week or afew days before christmas if u guys dun wanna bring to work. And i will somehow get a UNIQUE and SPECIAL christmas tree up by christmas.
